Goodwood Festival of Speed, BMW GT2 Le Mans.

Shared by several of BMW's works drivers, this 2011-specification M3 GT2 was campaigned in the Intercontinental Le Mans Cup with the exception of the North American rounds where the BMW Team RLL's cars were raced. Its best result came at the season-ending Zhuhai round where Andy Priaulx and Uwe Alzen raced it to second in class behind the sister car. Chassis 1106 was subsequently retired to the BMW Museum as the German manufacturer set it sights on the DTM from 2012 onwards. It is kept to full running order and was demonstrated at the 2015 Goodwood Festival of Speed.

This is my only picture that is not Andy driving but it was the car he drove at Le Mans, it was demonstrated by Cindy Allemann.

This Digital Artwork is created by myself from my own original photograph. It is from a  shot I took at the Goodwood Festival of Speed.
